Shipping information:
Shipping is $40. We use FedEx Ground for all shipments in the US, and UPS Ground for all shipments to Canada. If you need your shipment expedited, drop us a line and we'll see what we can arrange.
Special Note for Customers in Canada:
Canadian customs charges for this item run from $90-120, depending on your location. You are responsible for paying these charges. But we don't want to lose you! So, in order to offset the customs fees, we
are offering a reduced shipping and handling rate to Canada.
The customs are payable at the time of delivery with a business or personal check or money order. Please note that the stroller will not be released to you until you have paid the customs due.
Special Note for Customers in Hawaii and Alaska:
We are happy to ship the Discovera to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional $40. Please email us at kidzkargo@gmail.com to request an adjusted invoice.
Return Policy:
We will gladly refund items in the original packaging as you received it. You must email us at and request a refund within 5 days upon receipt of the item. Upon receiving your request, we will email you a packing slip. Please print the slip, fill it out completely, and enclose it inside the package.
- Open box returns without the packing slip will not be honored.
- There will be a charge for each part or accessory missing.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us.
