Sugar is given to us when we are young. It is in baby food, cereals, milk, snacks like pudding, jello, Popsicles, desserts, juices, soda, candy, yogurt, ketchup, barbeque sauces and spaghetti sauces. It is everywhere and in many food products. Read the food labels. You may be surprised by the number of grams per serving.
